By accessing or using Contact Kit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Contact Kit provides custom B2B contact data lists, data enrichment, data cleaning, and related data services. All data is provided for legitimate business purposes including sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and business development.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Contact Kit data only for lawful B2B marketing and sales purposes, in compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA. You may not use our data for spam, fraud, discrimination, or any illegal purpose.

4. Accuracy Guarantee

We guarantee 95%+ accuracy on all delivered contact lists. If a delivered list falls below this threshold, we will re-verify and replace invalid contacts at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of contact lists unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enterprise clients may arrange net-30 invoicing. All prices are in USD unless specified otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Contact Kit's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
