Benefits
Why teams choose this service
Scope
What's included in the deliverable
- Title verification beyond the LinkedIn label — we confirm the role responsibility, not just the string
- Seniority scoring (C-suite / VP / Director / Manager) standardized across companies
- Buying-committee mapping when an account list is provided
- Direct-dial phone numbers tagged by line type (mobile / desk / VoIP / virtual)
- Reporting-line context when public — who they report to, who reports to them
- Tenure-in-role flag (new in role / 1-2 yr / 3+ yr) for messaging targeting
Method
How we deliver it
Decision-maker work runs deeper than standard list building because role normalization is the hard part. Two contacts with the same LinkedIn title at two different companies often have completely different authority. We map titles to function + seniority + budget proxy, then verify that the contact is currently in the role with the same authority. For named-account workflows, we deliver the full buying committee per account: economic buyer, technical buyer, end user, blocker.
Sample output
What the deliverable looks like
Each row: contact info + Function (Engineering / Product / Sales / etc.) + Seniority (C / VP / Dir / Mgr) + Budget Proxy (P&L Owner Yes/No when public) + Reporting Line (when available). Account-grouped exports stack contacts under their company so ABM tools can ingest them as a unit.
Pricing example
What it costs in practice
A 2,500-record list of verified C-suite and VP-level contacts at mid-market SaaS companies runs at a per-record premium over standard lists due to the verification depth. ABM target-account workflows (200 accounts, 8 personas each = 1,600 records) typically deliver in 7–10 business days.
A 15-person ABM team needed buying-committee mapping at 180 target accounts. We delivered an average of 7.4 verified contacts per account, organized by buyer role. They moved from 22% account penetration to 71% in two quarters. Detail in the case studies page.
Boundaries
What we won't do
Honest scope. We'd rather pass on a project than deliver something we can't stand behind.
- Apply seniority labels based on title alone — we verify role responsibility.
- Mix LinkedIn labels with internal company titles where they conflict.
- Deliver decision-maker lists without a current-employment check on every record.

Additional questions about this service
How do you handle title inflation (e.g., "VP" at a 12-person startup)?
We normalize against company size. A "VP" at a 12-person company gets a Manager-equivalent seniority score; a Senior Director at a 5,000-person company gets a VP-equivalent score. The deliverable carries both the raw title and the normalized seniority so you can decide.
Can you map the buying committee for an account list I provide?
Yes — that is the most common use case. Send us the named-account list and the personas (e.g., "VP Eng, Director of Platform, Senior Engineer") and we deliver the verified committee per account.
