You decide the scope — clean-only, clean+enrich, or full rebuild. Cleaned records ship with a per-record change log so your CRM admin can audit every modification.

What the deliverable looks like

Cleaned file + a separate change-log file. The change log lists each modified record with: original value, new value, reason for change (bounce / job-change / dedupe / format), confidence score. Records flagged for removal are kept in a "suppress" sheet so you have a record but they do not get re-imported.
